Palm Harbor House

This custom home is located on a tight triangular shaped lot directly on the Intracoastal waterway in Palm Beach Gardens, FL.  The clients wanted to immerse as much of the home towards the backyard and water. To achieve this, RBA created floor plans that “stepped” in to focus large, framed glass walls specifically and directly towards the views.  To enhance the drama, a second-floor glass sky bridge further orients you through a double height glass walled space that also affords access to both levels of the exterior spaces.  In addition, the house sits at the end of a circular cul-de-sac.  RBA incorporated the circular form in the front of the home by introducing an bisecting entry façade and garage interplayed with a dramatic rounded form housing a den and upper terrace.  These elements sweep you around to the front double height entrance.
